My love of food had me working in a restaurant at the age of 14, on summer holidays.
And the love affair grew with each passing year: learning, experience, fun and hard work.
Stolen from my country to work in a fine restaurant in Germany, I would venture back to the south each summer until finally landing
on the shores on Thailand.
My passion with food is an ever changing affair that just keeps enticing me: it's the zest for life.
